Common questions
How do I update my card or cancel?
Open HubShare → Home → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
Where are my invoices?
Open the Payments tab. You can view or download every invoice, and download a yearly statement.
Who charges me?
Your space owner’s business charges you directly through Stripe and issues your invoices. HubShare never holds your money.
How do I delete my account?
Account → Delete account in the app, or use the account deletion page.
