Delete your HubShare account

In the app

Open HubShare, go to Account → Delete account, and confirm with your password.

Without the app

Enter the email you use for HubShare. We’ll email you a link to review and confirm the deletion.

What happens

• Your sign-in, devices, and notification settings are removed.
• Your name, email, phone number, and member ID are removed from your memberships.
• Payment records (amounts, dates, invoice numbers) are kept without your personal details where required for tax and accounting, and invoices remain with the space owner’s business in Stripe.

You can’t delete your account while you have an active membership (cancel it first from Manage billing) or own a space with active members.
