HubShare is software that helps office space owners manage memberships. Membership payments are made directly to the space owner through their own Stripe account; HubShare does not receive or hold those funds. Each space owner is responsible for their membership terms, pricing, invoices, and taxes.

HubShare is free for a lease holder plus 3 teammates (up to 4 people in a space). Larger spaces need an annual owner plan: Standard ($10 USD per month or $100 USD per year, up to 6 people) or Plus ($20 USD per month or $200 USD per year, 7 or more people), with in-app prices set in the App Store and Google Play. Plans renew automatically each month or year until canceled. Web plans are billed by HubShare through Stripe and can be canceled in Manage billing; in-app plans are billed and canceled through Apple or Google. Upgrades take effect right away with a prorated charge. If a plan lapses, new members can't join until the space fits the plan again; if a space stays larger than the plan covers for 7 days, HubShare pauses rent collection for that space's members (they keep their memberships and aren't charged for the paused period) until the plan covers it again.
